A woman who was born during the reign of King Edward VII is set to celebrate her 100th birthday.

Olive Armstrong, of Giles Gate, Prestwood, will mark a century since her birth on March 19.

It has been well known for years that Royal jelly is the food of the queen bee and helps her to live longer than the ordinary bees.

I first read about this something like 15 years ago.

Also, cod liver oil is well known for its joint lubricating properties, although essential fatty acids are also good for the skin and fish oils are good for the brain.
